2. Data processing when visiting this website

This website is hosted on a private server operated by interlogic itself. There is no external hosting provider. When you visit the website, technically necessary access data is processed in server log files. This data may include the IP address of the accessing device, the date and time of access, the page or file requested, the previously visited page, browser type and version, operating system, HTTP status code and volume of data transferred.

The processing is necessary to provide the website and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website. Log data is deleted no later than seven days after collection. It is retained for longer only if this is necessary to investigate or document a specific security incident; the relevant data is deleted afterwards.

3. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to deal with your enquiry. If the enquiry concerns a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in responding appropriately to enquiries. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations require further storage.

4. External services, cookies and analytics

This website does not embed external fonts, maps, analytics or tracking services and does not use cookies. User behaviour is not analysed.

5. Rights of data subjects

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, data subjects have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.

6. Updates to this policy

This policy will be updated whenever the technical or organisational processing on this website changes.
